The church, Meierhof, other estates or farm buildings and the school have created a fragmented, town-like structure with a diverse overall impression on the „peninsula“ next to a distinctive river bend oft the Fladnitz.
The new buildings complete the existing structures on the „Fladnitz-peninsula“ and close the gap between both of the historical settlements.
