On the street front (Hammergasse), the alignment of the facades of the western neighbours is taken over, then the building jumps back to offer the apartments gardens on the south side. All apartments have private open spaces: gardens, balconies, loggias or roof terraces. The central storage room could be used for common parties or as a guest room.
